Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the Focus Beast mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SIA Weby, a company registered and operating under the laws of Latvia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Use of the Service

Focus Beast is a digital productivity and wellbeing application designed to assist users in improving focus, reducing distractions, and organizing focused work sessions. The Service may include mobile applications, web-based interfaces, analytics tools, and related features or updates provided by the Company.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least sixteen (16) years of age or that you have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet the user's expectations, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the Service is at the user's own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of data, loss of productivity, loss of profits, or other intangible losses.

In any event, the total liability of SIA Weby arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to the Company for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will be made available through the Service or website. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
